Nokia N73
GPRS not connecting

HI,

Iam chandu, iam using Nokia N73, I saved new configurations settings on my mobile, when i connect to GPRS it was just showing white page only, not opening any pages, I called customer care so many times regarding this problem, even then they are not activating it.could u please look at my problem.
