Lock my mobile using IME

I purchaced NOKIA N-73 on instalment it was onley 4 months, I gave it to my brother as a gift, but he lost it in the bus, Now I want to block my Mobile Phone using IME 353548022760780.

Please any help in blocking of my lost mobile, If any way to do this please guide me.
