I have purchase nokia n73 on 11/01/09 having IMEI no. 353548028455898. But there are many problems with keys, joystick etc. such as keys of 1, 5, 6 are not working properly. Sometimes they work and sometimes they work abnormally. when I press 5 keys it automatically opens galary. And side keys of Galary and camera are also not working. Joystick is jam and it hangs while using. I am facing these problems from last two months. Phone is still in warranty period. I have given it for repair at nokia care, wardha twice. First time they kept phone with them for a week, then they said that there is a major problem and we have sent it to delhi for repair and it takes another 10 days. after 10 days I have visited to nokia care and they said that your phone is repaired and given back to me but on the next day I have encoutered with same problem. Again I have given it to nokia care for repair. Again they kept the phone for 4 days and returned saying that there is no problem with your phone. On the very next day I have faced same problem and given it to nokia care for repairing and this time they said to me that we have to send it to delhi for repairing.
I am contineously doing followup regarding my phone but employees of nokia care are not giving proper information and talking very rudely. They disconnect the phone before conversation ends. They are not giving me proper status of my phone that whether it is sent to delhi or not.
Somebody help me in this regard.
