Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your knowledge that I have given my mobile (N73) for repairing dated 7th of July at Lajpat Nager-2 (New Delhi) I was told by Nokia care staff your mobile will be repaired within 20 days & status will be updated on your contact-no.
I am really shocked I made three times call within 20 days I got the replied from Nokia care your mobile has not been repaired till now & they asked 10 days more time when I made call on 4th of Aug Receptionist told me again we need 15 days more time after listening this thing I asked regional manager contact no she told me I don’t have then she told me if you can not give us 15 days time then you can take your mobile as it is. so now i am helpless neither i am getting my mobile nor stand by mobile.kindly resolve this matter.
