Cell phone theft

I have purchased a mobile from UniverCell, Bangalore, Jayanagar Shop. Dated: 1st sep through Citibank Crfedit Card, 6 EMI facility.

But they told mobile will get insured. Still I am paying the installments but meanwhile I had lost my mobile on 13th Dec.

While conatcting the vendor there is no responce from UniverCell. Details of my mobile piece are as follows:

NOKIA N73 Music Black, 356406014785892 . Cost Rs:/ 16889.

plz . help me in this regard soon how to go forward with Citi and Nokia
