This is to inform you that My Nokia N 73M was malfunctioned three times within the warranty period At first fornt camera doesnot work within one month of purchase which was then handed over the care centre and then they repaired. After few months, my phone automatic switch off and i again handed over the same to Care Centre which they said that it was virus affected and they flash the phone and then it is working for few weeks and again same problem arise i again deposited the same in care centre and after one and half months they returned my phone with the condition not to use the memory card initially but in course of repairing they damaged my navigating key and as such i refused to accept the phone and they them to get the navigating key ok. Moreover, the dealer take from me extra Rs 500 in the name of software installation at the time of purchase and after that he inform me to load some mp3 files since all kind of software are available in the phone just fool me and take money. I am very much upset with the working of the Silchar Nokia Care Centre and with the behaviour of the Deale
