Phone getting Switched Off

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have bought a Nokia N73 Mobile phone six months ago. Now I find that it is getting switched off automatically. It is embarassing me because I cannot know at what time it has got off. Many people hardly connect me when they try to connect.

If NOKIA is using the caption against their name that "CONNECTING PEOPLE" then they should stop selling this short tampered cell phones first. They have no right to harass people at the cost of our money. Even I have seen many complaints in many of the forums with NOKIA phone.

Please stop all this non-sense activities.
