Sub: complain for insuficient reparing service for N73 at Nokia Care Dombivali east

i have purchased the Nokia N73 from the mobile store dombivali east having IMEI No:355718026132561 on 10th feb but after that i have facing so many problem from this mobile
1. When web browser running the browser close automatically and go to the main screen (stand by menu)
2. When web browser running after some times its shows "low memory close some application first" and loading the page stopped immeadiatealy
3. When web browser running some times mobile reastart automatecaly
4. Low loudspeaker sound
For mention problem i have submitted my mobile five times at unique Nokia Care centre dombivali east but they can not solved my problems they are just doing software update every time after that i am again going to Nokia Care centre dombivali east for approching to either replacement or money back but they are convince me head office can solved the problem so my mobile has to submit for at least 15days and i have submitted on 4th Aug i have collect back it 22nd Aug and they said all the problem which i have mention is resolved, even they are also said mobile has been tested & rechecked by them it is all right, beacause of i haven't setting for GPRS i can't check the mobile at that moment & i have sign the document. After two days when i got setting of GPRS and start surfing i was shocked all the problem remains same. No any single problem cannot solved by them. All as it is that's why i am writting to you. I am thinking they are doing just passing the time to complete the warranty periode so they can earn from me. I am afraid of that one day they will says to me, "This is liquid damage peace, as per conditions/rules your warranty periode has been terminated from at this moment." so, i kindly requisted to you take necessary action to solved my problem and reply to me as early as possible.
