Not responding after the service

Dear Sir,

I have bought a new N73 mobile in the month of February. Right from the begining it has started giving the problems. I have contacted local Nokia Care for 4 times with in the 4 months of buying handset. Once they have sent the handset to central nokia care as they are not able to repair locally. I was informed by them that the network IC has been changed and all the issues are resolved. I am experiencing regular call drops and voice cut even after that. I try to reach cental nokia care by mail and they said that they will take care next time. The same thing is getting repeated regularly. Because of this voice cuts and call drops i have missed my interview for Sweeden also. Nokia care people are not responding properly for a warrenty product and simply passing the time by doing the software upgrade. I have the copies of the purchase and the jobsheet numbers provided by Nokia care with me. I am attaching the same below. Please help me in this issue as i am getting irritated with the Nokia support. I am not able to attach the pdf documents below. I can provide you the same if you can provide me the mail id. Please help me regarding this.
