NO PROPER RESPONSE

N 76, was given for service to Nokia Care center at Mend Square in Bangalore on 11.06.08 for the handset to be replaced with a Panel which is a drop set. It was taken to service & as on today which is 05/07/08 the set is still not ready. Registered a complaint (2-3511CT) & within 48hrs received a call on 30.06.08 to get my mobile collected on 05.07.08. When I called them to collect the set, the response was again the same..."component is ready only by monday 07/07/08" this is really pathetic & am double sure the same will be repeated again by them to collect it on saturday. Irresponsibility to the core, the telephone operator over there Ms. Kavitha is a gone case & do not have any details about the set...& everytime she reverts back to you saying either the engineer/mechanic is not there or the component is missing. Hari, who is the incharge of Mends Square division is all the time busy with the meeting. Whenever you call for him at the center they end up saying."he is in a meeting" they neither give his direct number nor the mobile number. The attitude is worse & no responsibility taken by these people. If it is there any a case booking forum here, to register such cases & sue for the irresponsibility of these people, it would be of great help.
