After sale service refusal

I had purchased Nokia N79 mobile set from M/s Anmol Watches & Electronics (P) Ltd, Chandigarh on 22.6.09. Thereafter, it developed fault in graphic display as was pointed out to me by Nokia Care Centre at Patiala. As per them, set was required to be sent at Noida Service Centre for correction of display and it will take about a month. On receipt of set after a month, all necessary softwares for day to day functioning like Wavesecure, Oxford dictionary, anti-virus and updation etc were removed. Both the Nokia Care centres were contacted but they expressed their helplessness. Kindly help me out.
