Delay to return my mobile

I have brought nokiaN/81 on april from guwahati.but so many problem arise from the set.immeditely i approach to nokia care center, guwahati. they told me i wl get back my mobile within three days.now about 20 days gone i have not receive my mobile. without mobile i am facing lots of problem. so please do something.
