Keypad and hang problem

i am using nokia n 81 since october.but i am having so bad experience with this set.

i am having problem with software and keypad switches .switches automatically start operating without pressing... i have given to nokia care for repair on 3 aug... after that i used to go for my cell, they told me that your cell has been in noida for repair, i got my cell back on 4 sept... But you knw when i started my fone... same problem still persist ..

i am sorry to say that i am so much fed up with your service and set.

i wants full compensation of what i faced rather,

i want my full money back
