I have purchased Nokia N-81 in the month of December 08. in just 4 months I am facing many problems with my handset. After 2 months, there was a problem of display, my handset was submitted in Nokia care, vapi and sent to New Delhi for repairing. After 10 days I received my mobile and in just 15 days, now I am facing problem of Key pad. in both upper slide & lower slide. Phone automatically calls, send sms etc. If I open Menu, the messaging is opening. I am fad of with the handset. I have just submiited my handset to Nokia care, vapi today. My service job sheet number is 541504867/090505/5. I was told today that my handset will send again to New delhi for repairing. In just 5 months I am facing problems with new handset cost Rs. 14500/-. There is fault in handset so I request you to send me new handset or refund back me amount of my handset. I am very busy in my job & due to this problems I am disturbing a lot.
I hope, as a big company you can take my complaint seriously & if u really believe in customer care then sent me NEW NOKIA_N-81 or refund me amount of handset I will go for another company mobile.
