Flashlight is continue on

Dear sir,

My Nokia N 82 camera flash light is continue on and battery gets discharged. I had given my mobile to NOKIA CARE CENTRE Kalyan on 26th july 09 (Popular Telecommunication) but they returned my hand set on 31st july09 without repairing.on the contrary glass of flash window broken. Job no for your reference is 576504867/090726/42.

please advise how to get my hand set repaired because I m unable to use. It's battery get discharged immeditely.waiting for your reply my cellno.is 9820318344
