Service centre not able to rectify the bluetooth problem

I bought a nokia N82 phone last year in the month of september, it was functioninh excelletly, but after 2 months, when i used to switch on the bluetooth it used to display"not able to open". so i took it to local nokia care centre in our town. i stay at mulund (mumbai) their they told me that we can rectify this problem we will have to send your phone to the nokia care head office in parel which is handled by brightpoint india pvt ltd. and said that i would take 25 days to return your phone. so i myself took my phone to the head office in parel (mumbai). there customer service was very good and they told it would be done in 3-4 working days, as promised i got my phone in 4 days, the bluetooth problem was solved but again in 15days the same problem occured. Now again i have taken the phone to service centre in parel. i am not understanding why the nokia care is unable to rectify the problem. if you can't rectify you should replace the phone.i am very dissatisfied with the nokia company.
