VERY BAD SERVICE FROM NOKIA CARE

I have submitted my Nokia N82 at Nokia Care Centre (Poovath International, 4th Floor, Kurian Towers, Opp. Saritha Theatre, Banerji Road, Cochin-18, Ernakulam) on 09/05 (Job Sheet No.412465550/090509/57) due to heating up of battery. Target delivery date: 11/05. On my calling the Nokia Care on 12th May they have told that the set is ready and I can collect it. On my checking at the Centre, I have found that the set is overheating again and the set was returned to them. On 16th and 23 May also, the same story was repeated and I have wasted many hours travelling to and waiting at the centre. They tell that the set has been repaired; but on my checking fault remains. It clearly shows the negligence of the above Nokia Care Centre. Now according to them, they have sent the handset to Delhi and the new target date is 19/06/09 (40 days after the handset was handed over to them). After buying such a costly set we are made to run here and there without quality service. I hope atleast this time my luck will be good and my handset will indeed be repaired -- after 40 days at the Nokia Care. My contact number is 94953 36136
