I purchased a Nokia N-82 set on 30 May. My set started giving problem while seeing the photos in slide show. The music run along the slides was cutting and the photos were jerking. I submitted the set for repair at the local Nokia care center on 03 Sep 09 vide Job Sheet No. 549504867/090903/60 and they replaced the software of the phone. After few days, a new problem started. The dates in the set automatically jumped two days in advance. After monitoring the set for another week, I again took the set to Nokia care and submitted for repair vide Jobe Sheet No. 549504867/090915/99. The engineer at the service center did nothing but only handed me the set back after reseting the date next day. I again submitted the set for repair on 18 Sep Job Sheet No. 549504867/090918/15 and this time the set was sent for higher level repair and was handed over to me on 07 October. Next morning I faced the same problem of dates being automatically jumping two digits higher (It showed date as 10-10-09 in place of 08-10-09). Same day I submitted the set for repair/ replacement Job Sheet No. 549504867/091008/81. Now, Would Nokia keeping up the promises to its customers, replace this set with the new one or at least return my set in a totally problem free state.
