Hi,
I purchased new Nokia -N85 on 28th October and since begining I was getting below problem:
"Music player start searching for songs stored in memory card/phone memory and than it doesn't stop. It goes in infinite loop. After long time we need to restart the mobile to stop it. And if you open the music player again then same problem"
I submitted mobile to Nokia Care 4 times and they have transferred it to head ofice but the problem was not solved. Still, they are not willing to repace the mobile and again mobile is at head office since 15 days. I used phone just for a week after I purchased.
Also, all the softwares (free) provided by them was removed and they are not ready to install them again.

Still, I have submitted my mobile at last on 19th November and still they have not tell me that status that what they will do with it (repair or replace). Further to that they are saying I will get the mobile on 9th and at that time only I will come to know regarding problem.
Once they have sent mobile to head office and it was repaired by technicians there and still problem was not resolved. Yet, they are trying to repair the problem and not replacing it after so many complains.
I have called them on 30303838 number more than 30 times and I don’t have escalation details. Please see below their contact details:
