I have submitted my N 91 on 7th february for service, after almost 7 weeks I have been informed that it is best to swap this phone with N70.
Of course this is a ridiculous suggestion.
So pathetic is the atmosphere in the service station that I advice not to buy nokia products at all, it seems the company is just interested to increase sales and not create infrastructure for service, surely if it can appoint even a paanwala to sell phones and make money then it can as well create better service conditions.
