From the first day of my prchasing of NOKIA N91-8GB, I am struggling with the troubles, I am facing so many problems like it hangs up always, It generally not working proper, its keys are wrongly works like its '4' works as hash key and its red button works as'9'and sometimes its hard drive crashes. I submitted it two times in Mumbai Andheri-Foneman. Once it took one month and after sometime again it happened and it took another 3 weeks to make it repair, again the problem is coming that its hard drive crashed. I can not access my very urgent messages even.
I am fed up with this NOKIA customer care and not getting any proper solution to find out my money back, I lost my Rs.1-, So much time and already I took a new handset for standby so that in case when NOKIA goes to repair I can use the another one.
I am in planning to go to consumer court and apply a rit for my money refund, because it will be happen that my warranty perios will be finish to do this all things and then you people will say that now we can not do anything because its not in the warranty period.
I am requesting you to give me proper response, or else I will go to consumer court.
