Give in repair on 12th March but sitll today not any reply

I am giving my Nokia N91-1 give in repair at Rajkot Phone Zone on 12th March Wide Job sheet No. 165434038/080312/51 and my warranty ref No. apainy107552408, Esn No. 352769010045320. But still to I didnot get my handset. When I am going to inquiry to center they told my company give you new phone.

But still to I am not satisfy because not received my old phone or new phone in two months. now if you not do something I am going to Cosumer Court for Complain.
