Deactivation of my mobile using IME no

Hi

This is to report loss of my mobile and deactivate the same using the IME No.

I had filed a complaint at the local Police station. Details are :

Mobile make: NOKIA N95 - 8GB

IME No : 359542011694971

FIR no : 3252673 dtd 180709 and 67/CSR/09

Request you to deactivate the instrument using the IME NO and provide confirmation to my mail ID.
