MY NOKIA N 95 MUSIC PLAYER VOICE IS VERY LOW SO I WENT TO CUSTOMER CARE NOKIA GOLE MARKET DELHI FOR ADDRESS THE PROBLEM. TO MY FINDING I FOUND NOKIA PEOPLE BEHAVIUOR QUITE RIDICULEOUS TOWARDS CUSTOMER. THEY TREATING CUSTOMER LIKE AS COMING TO NOKIA IS A PUNISHMENT FOR CUSTOMER. LATER I SHOW MY PHONE. I PURCHACHED MY PHONE ON 18TH JULY FROM CP FROM A NOKIA SHOWROOM. SO MY PHONE IS IN WARRANTY PERIOD. HE CHECKED MY PHONE AND THEN HE TOLD ME THAT MY PHONE VOICE - KEYS HAVE BEEN BROKEN THAT, S WHY PHONE VOICE IS NOT WORKING. I SAID OK THEN REPAIR THE PHONE. TO MY HORROR HE TOLD ME THAT I HAVE TO PAY INR 1400.00 FOR REPAIR FOR THE SAME. I ASK HIM MY PHONE IS IN WARRANTY AND IF SOMETHING BROKEN INSIDE THEN COMPANY HAVE TO REPLAR OR CHANGE THE SET BUT HE DID NOT LISTEN TO ME AT ALL AND ASE ME TO PAY OR LEAVE. NOW I WANT TO KNOW THAT IS THE SERVICE LEVEL OF NOKIA. IS THIS THE WORLDCLASS COMPANY. CAN NOKIA TREAT LIKE THIS TO THIER EUROPEAN CUSTOMER OR US CUSTOMER. IS THIS NOT A CASE OF RACIAL DISCRMINATION AGAINST INDIAN AND DEFFRED IN SERVICE. IS IT NOT A VOILATION OF FINDAMENTAL RIGHTS OF CUSTOMER.
