I applied for BSNL Broadband-start ups plan 250 and I was informed on 30.4.08 that my application has been approved and your broadband will be installed in 1-2 days. But so far no installation has been done. After repeated enquiry I am feeling the atmosphere on account of communication/services is very very poor and there is no space for the customer satisfaction and services moreover there is no official memo of installation and customer satisfaction filled up by the department. Over all
working is still just like a government organization.
