SUPPLY OF DEFECTIVE MOBILE, IMPROPER SERVICE & NO RESPONSE ABOUT THE STATUS OF THE REPAIR

SIR,

I PURCHASED NOKIA 5800 MOBILE ON 13 JAN. AFTER, 6 DAYS OF USAGE I STARTED NOTICING COMPLAINT IN MY MOBILE {HANDSET NOT RESPONDING}.I SUBMITTED MY MOBILE AT NOKIA CARE (METROTELECOM) ON 22nd JAN... IT WAS PROMISED TO ME THAT, I WILL GET MY MOBILE AFTER 20 DAYS i.e.BY 12 FEB.BUT, WHEN I ASKED NOKIA CARE ON 12 FEB., IT WAS TOLD TO ME THAT MOBILE HAS NOT COME YET & BY NEXT WEEK IT WILL COME...

THE SAME STORY OF DELAY CONTINUED TILL 10 MARCH.

ON 11 MARCH WHEN I ASKED NOKIA CARE ABOUT MOBILE, THEY SAID IT HAS NOT COME & THEY GAVE ME PERSONAL ADVICE THAT I SHOULD LODGE A COMPLAINT IN CONSUMER COURT ABOUT IT.

IT'S BEING 47 DAYS (22 JAN TO 11 MARCH), I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY MOBILE YET...

IT WAS MY FIRST EXPENSIVE MOBILE (RS.2O, OOO) & HAVING TRUST IN NOKIA, I PURCHASED THIS MOBILE..BUT NOW I HAVE LOST TRUST AS WELL AS HOPE OF GETTING BACK MY MOBILE...
