Nokia/ Nokia N82
No repairs status for over 15 days

Hi,

My nokia N82 had a defective speaker out of box. I went in for repairs. I gave the phone in for service on 5th May at one of the lajpat nagar New Delhi Service Centres (JobSheet Number:111433527/090505/35) & till date I still do not get any status of the repair. I am a service person & have been out of a wprking cell for more than 15 days now. The customer service from Nikia has been very ordinary & unsatisfactory. The TAT process should be more expedite
