I PURCHASE NOKIA MOBILE PHONE MODEL N91 8GB IN THE MONTH OF MARCH A WORTH OF RS. 12500/- FROM ROYAL MOBILE, MALVIYA NAGAR, NEW DELHI. IN THE MONTH OF AUGUST THERE WAS SOME OUTGOING AUDIO PROBLEM IN THE MOBILE I SUBMITTED MY MOBILE TO NOKIA CARE CENTRE MICRO SERVICES, KALKAJI ON AUGUST 29 THEY RETURNED ME ON SEP. 23 WITHOUT REPARING THE HANDSET WITHOUT SATISFACTORY REPLY. I AGAIN SUBMITTED MY MOBILE TO NRI COMMUNICATION, LAJPAT NAGAR ON SEPTEMBER 24 AND CONTINOUSLY ROAMING TO THE CENTRE FOR THE 2 AND A HALF MONTH BUT MY MOBILE WAS NOT REPAIRED. AFTER THAT I SUBMITTED MY COMPLAINT TO THE CONSUMER COURT ON NOVEMBER 19 THE HON'BLE COURT GAVE FIRST DATE OF HEARING WAS FEB 27 THAN JULY 3 AND AUGUST 21 BUT NO ONE WAS APPEARED FROM THE NOKIA FOR THE LAST 3 DATES OF HEARING. THE HON'BLE COURT RECENTLY GIVE DECEMBER 2. I HAVE VERY BAD EXEPRIENCE WITH NOKIA I WILL NEVER SUGGEST TO MY FRIENDS AND RELATIVES TO BY NOKIA PRODUCT IN FUTURE. MY MOBILE STILL WITH NOKIA CARE CETRE FROM THE LAST ONE YEAR. BUT NO ONE CONTACT TO ME IN THIS REGARD. I ADVISE ALL OF YOU NEVER BUY NOKIA PHONE AT ANY HOW. I WILL CONTACT TO MEDIA ALSO AND DISCLOSE MY EXPERIENCE WITH NOKIA PRODUCT.
