sub:- Repair of the new mobile
1. With reference to the above subject, My Nokia mobile model 5800, IMEA No-354182023705542, Date of Purchase 11.01.2009 was deposited with Benz India Pvt Ltd, C-126, Naraina Industrial Area, New Delhi on 20 Aug since there was no display. I was promised delivery on 22 Aug vide Job Sheet No- 101433527 / 090820 / 5 dated 20.08.2009.
2. I have now been told that it will take 7-10 days since mobile has been sent to head office, I require my mobile urgently to discharge my duties. I request you to issue me with a replacement set immediately or replace my set with a new mobile.
