Audio is not working

Dear Sir

I had deposited my accessories to Infotel Services, 262 Hindusthan Park, Near Hindusthan Park Fire Brigade, Gariahat, kolkata, 700029, India on 27th December. I

had visited to their office on a number of times, but every time they give next date. Last six months I had been to their office at leats 30 days and spent 2 hours to meet them. I request you to kindly forward my complaint to them with a request to return the same with a fresh one since the same is within the gurantee period,
