Multiple problems with the handseet in just 4-5 months of purchase

1] the slider phone gets heated up if operated for more then 5 minutes.

2] the earphones have stopped working.

3]when call is in progress the voice suddenly disappears and this happens each time during a call.

4] the service centre at opera house does nothing about these complaints. no matter how many times you go thereb with the same problems, they are never sorted.

i have been there nearly 6 times in the last 4 months.

since my phone is still in the warranty period i xpect a replacement for the earphones and handset repair.

kindly do the needful
