Claim/Compensation Required

Dear Team,

I have resigned from my previous job i.e., Standard Chartered Bank as got oppotunity with Lehman Brothers but the said company was taken over by Nomura Bank.

Biut in due course of time I was told not to join the company & I was jobless for the period Sept 15 to Nov 19.

I & my family suffered hardship time, for which I had claimed a salary mental harrasment compensation, but now they are only agreed to pay the salary amount which I think is not fair to me where as the hardship which was suffered should also be considered.

I require your's assistance to resolate the issue, kindly do needful & oblige
