PROFILE PASS WORD

SINCE I WANT TO RESET PROFILE PASS WORD, I CONSULTED MY SBI BRANCH I.E. GURUNANAK NAGAR, VIJAYAWADA ALONG WITH REFERENCE NO, WHICH WAS I GOT ON NET. THE BANK PEOPLE ACTIVATED DUPLICATE PROFILE PASSWORD. WHEN I TRY TO SET PROFILE PASSWORD, THE COLUMN DATE OF BIRTH IS NOT ACCPETING. I AM GETTING REPLY "ERROR ON THE PAGE" AS SUCH I AM UNABLE TO SET THE PROFILE PASS WORD. AGAIN I CONSULTED THE SBI BRANCH HOWEVER, THEY COULD NOT THROW ANY LIGHT ON IT. SIMPLY THEY ADVISED ME TO TRY AFTER SOME TIME AGAIN. PLEASE HELP ME.
