As there is no response from u, Iam sending this mail again
This has reference to my letter dt 27.05.08 addressed to Senior divisional manager, and a copy to you.
I have grievence about non payment of my LIC policy matured on January. the details are here under.
1.Policy holder: Miriyala Saibabu
2.Policy: no 670635302 dt 30.01.1988 Vijayavada city branch for Rs.25, 000/- (14-20) matured on January under salary saving scheme.
3.A small loan was availed during 1992-94 at CB XVII branch, Hyderabad along with other policies where the policy was transferred at that time and the policy was pledged with you.
4.Later I was transferred from Hyderabad to Eluru in 2003 and again from Eluru to Vijayavada in August and premiums are being remitted from my salary regularly with out any gap.(Vja to Basheerbagh, Hyerabad to CB XVII and then to Rajamundry Service br and later to Vijayavada LIC Offices)
Eventhough there is no intimation either before maturity or after, i submitted the claim forms during February with request to arrange maturity amount along with benefits. As the matter is being postponed days and weeks since February by CB II Vijayavada branch with out payment saying that the details are not available at vijayavada and to be received from CB XVII Hderabad, I was`compelled to write this compliant after vexed with routine reply from ur CB II office and after lapse of more than 100 days. Is it justified to settle a claim for a period of nearly 4 months, what evermay be the reason and and how ever may be the difficulty in the problem.and is there any juctice in it.
Any way, now I request your intervene and arrange payment from City branch, salary savings, Vijayavada, without any loss of time.
