Sir i purchased ticket on 17/11 05;42;23PM FROM [email protected] no.1140201923.date of journey07/12, but very accidently i am not travelled in train train no 2728/godavari express/..immediately informed to our agent and concerned TT in the train through hyderabad railway officials, he is alloted that birth to others... 8.12.08 my agent claim to refund the ticket, but they are respond and not refund the 50%of ticket fare..please attend and do needful sir, 7
