This is bring to your notice that my bills are being excessively charged. I received a msg on 4th nov which said about a quiz programme and partakers would be charged Rs 3/- sms I took part in the quiz and may have sent about 45 sms to the programme I have been shecking my daily accounts on 12121. And on 6th nov i recieved an sms saying my bill exceeded my credit limit . i was surprised, so i contacted the airtel counter at Jerome Nagar I told the manager sindhu who mamages the office that my outgoing was barred I also showed her the sms i recieved about the quiz and the rate. I still have the sms stored in my mobile Being a customer with airtel for so many years i dont expect such a bad service i have every right as a consumer to know the reason to my excess billing as per the RTI act So kindly look into the matter and rectify the mistake at the earliest otherwise I have to approach the consumer forum.
