Complain of Parcel office (Jaipur Rajasthan & Vasai Road Maharashtra)
Its regret to complain but I don’t have any other choice left
From Jaipur on 4th March I have booked 2 set of double bed with self to Vasai Road Maharashtra, which is loaded with me on Train # 2978 Maru Sagar Express Dated 5 March
Train reached at 3:00 AM at Vasai road on 6 March and I enquired about my luggage from Parcel office attainment that is at that time on duty
And he responded: “We don’t have any information / authority to open for luggage”
We have shown Receipt which we have received from Jaipur Parcel office

But they refused …………….mean while train left station.
We immediately went to Office of Parcel at Vasai Station and informed incharge regarding this and he said “your luggage will come back from last station on 8 March time 9:00 PM”
We again went on 8 March they checked when train came and informed that material in not reached
We are stuck up in Mumbai because of this, since 6th March I am doing follow up with Vasai Station Parcel Office but they are not able to give us any response
I have to go back to Jaipur and I am stuck up in Vasai Road (Mumbai)
Its almost 6 days passed and no one is able to response positive not able to trace my material.
