Not getting payment of edc machine

I have swapped one card on ur icici bank edc machine on 29 11 2007 and i havnt get d payment uptill now.this has been inform many time to mr umeesh ur sales manager but to action has been taking uptill now.we have stoped d business with u because of this.we r using ur machine in our 8 showroom but now stopped.kindle issue me d payment for this
