Yestarday i travelled from Sarjapur junction to koikandrahalli around 9PM, conductor took 5 rupees from me and he is not issuing the ticket when i requisted the ticket he was behaving very rudly and he didn't issue the ticket...

please take the proper action to avoid the loss to governament
