Putting unnecessory charges

From last one year I am trying to close my account for this I have written letter and sent emails

but your bank is not answering any email. Inspite of that every quaterly putting inoperative charges for which I, the Indian Person, sitting for away from my country feel harrased by my Indian bank. Kindly do the needful at earliest and return all the charges with interest which your bank has unnecessarily charged.
