Not repoinding to my calls after opening my account

I have opend an account with icici bank not getting any response back from them branch is in fridabad sector-16 some one came to our home taken my draft that i brought with me from canada i hav no idea where it is about.i even went to bank to find out about my account, i was told it has not activeted yet, occount was to be opend on, no-11 no body is returning my call iether i need money i am far far away from my home, disebaled need a treament my time is getting waited
