Non payment of nsc after maturity

My nsc matured on 11-11 purchased at connaught place post office-110001.

i am at viajayawada-520010 requested through ventateswarapuram post office, vijayawada-(A.P.)for payment vide request dt 07-10. payment not received till now because of clearence from connaughtplace post office-110001.
