HARD COPY OF PAN CARD NOT RECEIVED

Dear Respected Sir,

Approx in July My brother had applied for PAN card online, After that NSDL inform me that same was dispatched on 08.08.08. But same was still not received. I have so many times mailed them but many time no revert received. They are also not informing that agian when send & if send then what was the status as received by any person or returned to them.
