REISSUE OF PAN CARD

Had applied for reissue of my PAN card through NSDL in Dec. Not only my PAN card has not been reissued, there is no satisfactory response from NSDL helpline/ Aaykar Bhawan. When ever I call or send a email, they respond with a routine reply - This is to inform you that your case is pending at Mumbai RCC and we are following your case with the concern department and we will revert you as per the status ASAP.
