Dear Sir

I has submitted PAN Application for changes at 09.02.08 & PAN Center Address SHELL TRANSOURCE LTD., MANDI (H.P.) & Contact/ agent no. (Mr. Thakur) 9816054444.

I has many times complaints to him but not any get the reply through center. My Acknowledgement No. 071430500004894

And also we have contact to PAN CENTER in Mumbai, but his reply not any application get me till date.

I has heartly request to you sir trace out my problems in PAN CARD
