Not able to collect reciept of online bill paid

Dear sir,

for the last two months i mpaying my mobile bill online though your site but i m not able to view and print the reciept of the payment that i have made to you.

i need hardcopies of the payment reciepts to claim my mobile bill.

kindly send me bills payment reciept in PDF format which at present is not working on your site.
