Respected sir,
We belong to OBC category of Bihar and Uttar Pradesh both the States. I have applied for OBC certificate for my son named Prateek Kumar in the Office of Tehsildar, Allahabad on 07.07.2008 vide application receipt no.9807. They asked for my OBC certificate, I submitted the same (issued from Bihar, my parents native). But presently I am permanently residing in Uttar Pradesh (at Allahabad) since last 10 years and my son has been studying in Allahabad. I have submitted the document proof for my permanent residence (Ration Card and House-tax receipt of Municipal Corporation, Allahabad) to them. The Lekhpal also visited my house and did the verification of above mentioned documents. But till date the OBC certificate in the name of my son (Prateek Kumar) is not issued. Sir, OBC certificate is required for his admission in College. Please guide me what should I do.
