The product is broken from inside and duznt work at all

Hi,

i am kamal anand, and i had ordered a 2.1 Channel Multimedia Subwoofer Home Theater Speaker System 880 watts 3pcs Set... through rediff.com which apparently mentioned the vendorz name as ojjas enterprises... i received the product but the woofer box seemed like a box of a broken machinery inside..it never worked... i got the product (5093226 is the order number through rediff shopping) through courier on december 28th... i have written back to the concerned person mr jaspreet sahni... but as thought of, i dint get a reply back... i shall take this to the consumer court... as this is getting worst now... i have paid damn 355 rs, which i shall not not let go waste... they have mentioned dere adresss and email though, but it duznt wrk
