I placed an order for the Eurotel combo offer through Rediff.com and was pleased to receive my order promptly within 4 days. However, we did not receive any instruction manual with the products. We have tried everything possible to make use of the cordless phone, but to no avail. It just does not work.
I mailed the vendor directly 12 days ago, but have not received any reply till date. Rediff customer support mailed me 10 days ago saying they have instructed the vendor to send us the manual, but still no news. To top it, the given phone number always came back as busy, and when I did manage to get through, it turned out to be a wrong number. The vendor details are as follows:
