Received in Broken condition

I placed an order (111609911) on Apr 16 for a "FM Sunglass".

And I got the delivery through courier by Apr 21 but it was in a broken condition. It is a Buy One Get One product, I received both the products in a broken condition.

The packing of the product I ordered was in a good condition when I received, except the product. Hope there won't be any chances of breaking the product while in transit, unless you have packed the Glass which was already in a broken condition.

When I called the customer care executives, they gave me the below e-mail address

[email protected]. I have also sent an e-mail on Apr 21. But till now i have'nt got any reply from any kind of source.

Why are you people sending these kind of broken products and not at all responding to our cries.
